Global Translator Terms of Use

Welcome to Global Translator (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Global Translator mobile application (“the App”) and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this App.

If you are under 18, you may use the App only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Service Description

Global Translator provides translation-related features including, but not limited to:

Text translation

Voice and speech translation

Image translation via camera or photo import

We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or suspend parts of the service at any time without prior notice to ensure better performance or compliance with laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully, safely, and responsibly. You shall not:

Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;

Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights of others;

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code or security;

Upload or share defamatory, obscene, violent, or harmful content;

Interfere with the normal operation of the App or its servers;

Misuse translation output for deception, discrimination, or illegal acts.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, source code, and materials within the App are owned or licensed by Global Translator and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may include third-party SDKs, advertisements, or analytics services (e.g., Google, Facebook, Pangle, TopOn).

Your interactions with such services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external links or third-party platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always function uninterrupted or error-free;

Translation results will be 100% accurate or contextually correct;

The App will be free from viruses or harmful components.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Translator and its affiliates, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and any licenses granted to you will be revoked.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the App shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; if not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in your jurisdiction.
